Mr. Mize completed his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University.  His research focused on embedded real-time systems, specifically collaborative systems for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.  He started work with the Center for Diabetes in early 2012.  Mr. Mize writes code for the Diabetes Assistant platform and provides engineering support for ongoing research trials.  He spends his free time doing side-projects,  at the gym, or hanging out with friends.
