If you transfer breeding mice to our animal room, we'll send you a CCM animal protocol/delivery request form.  The males and females should be transferred to GTTF's animal room.  On the CCM request form, please indicate to transfer mice only to our protocol #, but keep them on your per diem fund code (CCM #).

Please click "Submit" button to send the request electronically to GTTF.  Please also have PI sign a hard copy and bring it to Jordan 2223 (ext. 2-3990) to confirm the timeline of the service.
