Transmission Electron Microscopes:
  • JEOL 1230 with real-time digital imaging (2Kx2K) and ultra high resolution digital imaging (4Kx4K)

Scanning Electron Microscope:
  • JEOL 6400 with Orion image processing

Confocal Microscopes:
  • Zeiss LSM 510 with 488, 543, 633 nm lasers (in MR4)
  • Zeiss LSM 510-META/FCS with 3 lasers, an Eppendorf Micromanipulator and injector, heated stage for live cell imaging
  • Zeiss LSM 700 with 405, 488, 543, 633 nm lasers, ZEN software
