Jenn DiGrazia, MS, OT/L Jenn is a native of the San Francisco bay area and has worked as a
therapist in central Virginia since graduating from Boston University
in 2000 with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She has provided
hand therapy services in the Charlottesville area for the past 6 years,
and joined the UVA Hand Center in 2008. Jenn has been an
instructor in the Occupational Therapy program at the Jefferson College
of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA. She is currently working
towards certification as a hand therapist (CHT) and is committed to
advancing her skills in the treatment of the upper extremity. |
Eileen M. Kane, MS, PT, CHT Eileen graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1992. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Medical College of Virginia Commonwealth University in 1995. While working full time she went back to get a post-graduate Certificate in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation from Drexel University (2004-2005). November of 2005 she became board Certified as a Hand Therapist. January to June 2006 she was fellowship trained at the Philadelphia Hand Center and stayed there until the fall of 2007. She joined our team in March of 2008.

Jeff Smith, OTR/L, CHT Jeff was born and raised in the Midwest and graduated from the
Eastern Michigan University Occupational Therapy Program 1993. He
has worked in the area of Hand Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation
for his entire career, and was certified in hand therapy (CHT) by the
Hand Therapy Certification Committee in 1999 (Recertified 2004,
2009). Jeff relocated to Charlottesville in 2007 to join the team
at the UVA Hand Center after working with the physicians and surgeons
of the University of Notre Dame. He is deeply interested in
research and teaching in hand therapy and is committed to continually
improving the care he provides to his patients through continuing
education. |
