Research Disciplines within the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Studies
Learn about the research disciplines within BIMSIndependent research is the core of the BIMS program. For their research training, BIMS students have the opportunity to choose among hundreds of faculty mentors whose research spans a wide diversity of research disciplines. Within each of these research disciplines are faculty whose research is on the frontier of their fields, providing students an opportunity to make important contributions towards our understanding of biological function or to develop effective therapies for human disease.
