NIH Sponsored Training Programs

Many BIMS graduate students are eligible to participate in one of the several NIH-sponsored training programs that together encompass much of the diverse research disciplines within the BIMS program. NIH funding for graduate education is awarded to an institution following a highly competitive peer review process. The long history of success in attracting such funding to UVa is a testament to the vitality and quality of graduate research training within the BIMS program. |
