In order to receive CME credit for a "live" conference, each participant must sign in each day.
For online activities and enduring materials, please click here for your transcript and follow the instructions.

Certificates for conferences are typically handed out on-site; for online and enduring materials,
certificates will be mailed after the CME fee is received.
