Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine located in the Virginia Tech
Corporate Research Center was distributed.
- Psychiatric Medicine Clerkship Update. A letter was received
from Pam Herrington, clerkship director, outlining the improvements
made to the Psychiatric Medicine Clerkship. Considerable effort has
been made to improve consistency between sites. Each site now uses the
same written exam, oral exam format and clinical evaluation form. A
common formula for calculation of grades is used. A written curriculum
has been developed. The Curriculum Committee applauds these
efforts.
