The Clerkship/PostClerkship Committee is responsible to the Curriculum Committee and Dean for effecting the goals, objectives and teaching responsibilities of the curriculum for each clerkship and for the electives program; for maintaining an organized schedule of teaching activities and coordinating student evaluations.

The System/Clerkship/Electives Director is responsible to the System Leaders Committee and the Clerkship/PostClerkship Committee chairs for effecting the teaching responsibilities of the individual program assuring student mastery of material; responsibility for student evaluation, recommendation for promotion and remediation efforts.

Directors are recommended by department chairs in consultation with the System Leaders and the Clerkship/PostClerkship Committees and with approval and appointment by the Curriculum Committee.
