"After Medical School at University of North Carolina, I completed a 6 year urology residency at the University of Connecticut. After my 2 year pediatric urology fellowship at Indiana University, I worked in Birmingham Alabama at The University of Alabama for 8 years prior to starting at the University of Virginia. My main interest outside of the hospital involves coaching my kids in either basketball, or lacrosse. I was a competitive swimmer in high school and eventually swam at University of North Carolina. I have maintained my competitive drive through distance running and competing in the Iron Man Triathlons." |

Research ~
The development of a national prenatal hydronephrosis registry which
will serve as a resource to promote a better appreciation of outcomes
for specific prenatal diagnoses. The ultimate goal would be to develop
outcome pathways that may be used for prenatal counseling and postnatal
management. This registry is promoted by the Society for Fetal Urology
which will be managed through combined efforts of UVA and other
participating medical centers throughout the country.
