Charlottesville Men's Four Miler

Started in 2004, the Charlottesville Men's Four Miler is the one male-only foot race in the area.  The primary purposes of the race are:

  • To encourage men in the community to become more physically active
  • To raise awareness and funds for the proposed Virginia Institute for Men's Health Improvement and Performance (VIMHIP)

There is a training program that will begin in April that can help participants of all levels and experience prepare for the race.  More information on the training program will be posted on this website as it becomes available.

Please see the Men's Four Miler Website for additional details on the training program, race and registration information.
