Diagnostic Accuracy
The Department offers peer review services to measure diagnostic accuracy that meets the ACR standards for ongoing practice-based evaluation. We read your images without review of the previous report, and then compare to come up with the following assessment:
- Concur with interpretation
- Discrepancy in interpretation/not ordinarily expected to be made (understandable miss)

Discrepancy in interpretation/should be made most of the time

Discrepancy in interpretation/should be made almost every time – misinterpretation of finding
Unlikely to be clinically significant
Likely to be clinically significant
