Please complete a "trouble ticket" for any non-urgent concerns. Your issue will be addressed by the Applications team on the next business day.
Urgent Issues
Systems issues (PACS, Powerscribe, etc.): Pager: 434-982-3500 pic 1902 (dial 500 then the pic # if calling from a UVA phone). 1902 will be forwarded to 906-5682 after 1800 and user will receive a response within 15 minutes from the assigned on-call team member.
Note: In the event of an after-hours emergency, the On-Call
representative should be contacted immediately. If there is no response
after 15 minutes, another attempt is to be made. If after another 15
minutes there is still no response, the caller should then notify the
Director of Informatics and Support Services or the Vice-Chair of
Informatics (contact info listed below).
If no response from the Vice-Chair of Informatics or the Director of Informatics and Support Services, please contact the radiology front Desk, 434-924-9400.
