Non-urgent issues: please fill in a "trouble ticket" for any non-urgent concerns. Your issue will be addressed by the Applications team on the next business day.
Systems issues (PACS, Powerscribe, RIS, etc): please use existing after-hours procedures. The after-hours on-call cell phone number is 434-906-5682.
Note: In the event of an after-hours emergency the On-Call representative should be contacted immediately by page or phone. If there is no response after 20 minutes from the initial attempt to contact the On-Call representative, another attempt is to be made. If after another 20 minutes there is still no response, the caller should then notify the Director of Informatics and Support Services or the IS Medical Director (contact info listed below).
If no response from the IS Director or the IS Medical Director, please contact the Radiology Front Desk, 434-924-9400.
