Clinical/Research Interests: I have a Ph.D. in Molecular Pharmacology and Structural Biology, specifically investigating the role of G protein-coupled receptor signaling in surgical models of murine heart failure.  I am interest in applying the techniques I learned during my training to altering the signaling environment of chronic wounds.

Hobbies and Activities: My wife, a UVA Family Medicine resident, and I have a three year old son, so we have no free time.  However, I enjoy playing guitar, golf, eating barbeque, and cooking.
