Engelhard invited to blog for TheHill.com
Last month, thehill.com, an on-line news service that mostly markets to Congress and other political observers, approached the department's resident health policy expert, Carolyn Engelhard, about being a regular contributor on their new "pundit" site. Ever willing to explain the intricacies of our health care system, Carolyn agreed to submit a column/blog every month or two.
"This is complicated stuff," Engelhard says, "and my goal is to make current health policy and political issues readable and understandable."
This month's missive has to do with the ACA/Obamacare insurance changes and public reaction to the President's misstatement last fall about "If you like your insurance you can keep it." The first in Carolyn's series is launched today at: http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/208511-insurance-exemptions-premiums-and-the-aca.
