Along with Ann Mills and Patti Tereskerz from University of Virginia School of Medicine’s Center for Biomedical Ethics and Humanities, Carolyn Engelhard has an article accepted for publication in the New England Journal of Medicine. The article on insurance premium regulation under the new health reform law is scheduled for publication in the September 2, 2010 issue of the NEJM.
