Carolyn L. Engelhard, MPA, has contributed a chapter entitled "Healthcare Ethics and a Changing Healthcare System" for the forthcoming book Healthcare Ethics for Healthcare Organizations: A Moral Imperative. Engelhard, a health policy analyst, is on the faculty of the DPHS Division of Patient Outcomes, Policy & Epidemiologic Research and director of the Health Policy Program in the department. The textbook for healthcare executives will be published in 2012 by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
