Research in my lab involves the use of computational and statistical approaches for the analysis of large scale genomics data, including those associated with genetic risk for complex human diseases. We are also interested in the use of network motif-based algorithms that reveal novel mechanistic hypotheses derived from observational, functional genomics data.
