Roanoke provides students with a balanced general pediatrics experience, including exposure to the ward, ambulatory patients, and the newborn nursery. Lectures are presented by attending staff.

You will work with Dr. Reynolds and Dr. Donald Kees. You will receive a letter prior to your rotation explaining the time to meet and other pertinent information.

The first day, students will meet with Sandra Lunetta in the Medical Education Office. Here you will receive your housing assignment, room key, as well as a meal card and other general information. A $40 deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of all items loaned to you. Bed linens are provided, but you must bring your own personal items. You will receive an information email from the coordinator, Joanie Jones.
