1. Requirement Checklist

   Each student is expected to complete the Requirement Checklist for the Pediatrics Clerkship. Each of the clerkships at the University of Virginia has its own passport.

   The completed checklists must be done before the final clerkship grade can be given.

2. Patient Log Book

   Each student is required to complete a patient log book during the pediatrics Clerkship. Instructions are contained in the log book, along with several examples.

   The log books must be turned in before the final clerkship grade can be given.
