The Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery offers a variety of services for the improvement or correction of facial features. UVa's Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center is based at the Fontaine clinical facility. This division offers a full spectrum of facial plastic surgery including:

• Cosmetic surgery (facelift, nasal surgery, eyelid surgery, liposuction).
• Reconstructive surgery (repair after excision of skin cancers).
• Trauma surgery (management of facial fractures).
• Congenital anomalies (correction of microtia, cleft lip, cleft palate, vascular malformation).
