For Referring Physicians

We are eager to work with you in the management of your patients with multiple sclerosis.  As you know, the needs of such patients can be quite complex and most amenable to a multidisciplinary approach.  We will work with you to formulate an optimal treatment plan for your patients and, if appropriate, provide ongoing consultation and monitoring for your patients over time.

If you are a patient, please contact your insurance carrier or primary care physician for referral information.

When scheduling a consult, please be sure that all MRI films and their reports are received prior to the appointment date, and that all pertinent clinical evaluation and lab data are faxed.
