Mission Statement

We are a multidisciplinary program of the UVA Health System, dedicated to providing comprehensive services to patients and their families.  We are building a team-based approach to care, including consultative second pinion services, therapeutic management evaluations, and coordination of community support services.  The hope is to provide a centralized source of expertise to help local practitioners and their patients structure a therapeutic plan in order to optimize quality of life.  We are committed to attracting high quality therapeutic clinical trials and building an interdisciplinary approach to fundamental research on MS.
