designating if they should prepare for an oral or poster presentation.

Requirements

  1. Participation in the poster session requires submission of an abstract. Abstracts must be submitted no later than noon on March 18, 2013.
  2. Only one poster per presenter is allowed.
  3. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate oversized posters. Poster dimensions may not exceed 48" by 48".
  4. Each poster will be assigned a number and poster board location.
  5. Presenter is responsible for ensuring poster is delivered and affixed to poster board.
  6. T-Pins will be available at the registration desk.
  7. Poster set up will occur between 8:00am and 9:00am.
  8. Presenter must be available and in attendance during the poster session occurring from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
  9. Posters must be removed between 5:30pm and 6:00pm on the day of the event. Any posters remaining at the end of the day will be discarded.
