ABSTRACT CRITERIA

We've "gone green."  Abstracts will be accepted via the web registration form only.  Hard copies, disks, or email submissions will not be accepted.

Create a Word document with your abstract as indicated below, save it to your computer as a PDF file with your name on it, then attach it to the Registration Form using the Attach Abstract button.  The Registration Form is linked in the left-hand menu.

Abstract revisions cannot be accepted once submission has occurred.  The Abstract will be produced as submitted.  Abstracts will be arranged thematically and will be numbered in the order they are received.  A listing of all abstracts will be available online one week prior to the event.

Abstract Criteria:

  1. Create a Word document.  Save the abstract as a PDF to your computer for attaching to registration form.

  2. Click here to view a sample abstract (PDF).  Your abstract should
    ~ be created using 11 pt Arial font
    ~ identify the presenting author
    ~ have title and authors at the top of the abstract

  3. Check the appropriate box at submission to indicate if the presenting author is a resident, clinical fellow, research fellow, or other.

  4. Check the appropriate box at submission to indicate if abstract is to be considered for Shyr-Te Ju Award.
