Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the HR Operations team focused on compliance and best
practices related to staff and faculty transactions

contact for all faculty and PRS HR and personnel processes, procedures,

faculty and PRS HR issues to include drafting advertisement, assessing
qualification requirements, essential job duties, physical conditions
of employment as well as all other aspects of compensation for faculty
and PRS positions.
- Coordinates the faculty and PRS appointment renewal process to
ensure that all faculty and PRS members have a current appointment in
the Department of Medicine
