Cardiovascular Imaging Program

Applications are accepted on a "rolling basis."

To be eligible for this advanced fellowship, you must be in the 3rd year of your general cardiology fellowship and either be a U.S. citizen or hold a green card.  Citizenship requirements are due to grant funding.

Please arrange for 3 letters of recommendation to be sent to Christopher M. Kramer, MD, Director of Cardiovascular Imaging. Letters may be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the above addresses and should be from each of the following:

• your cardiology fellowship program director
• the division chief of cardiology at your present institution
• your research mentor, if applicable

Letters must be individually signed and sent in sealed envelopes, preferably mailed directly from the recommender's office. Additional letters of reference are welcome. All letters should be mailed to:
