The tenure-eligible faculty position is designed for physicians with an interest in a balanced career of clinical care, clinical research and teaching.

The tenure-ineligible faculty position is designed for physicians focused on quality care including active participation in clinical research and outstanding teaching. Tenure-ineligible positions may qualify to convert to tenure-track at an appropriate time in the future, consistent with the School of Medicine promotion and tenure guidelines and candidate qualifications.
