Since residency, I have to confess I haven't gone very far from the nest and am still here at UVA.  Currently, I am completing a one-year fellowship in Academic Development.  I'm enjoying interacting with and teaching medical students and residents from the other side of the fence (barely) as a Clinical Instructor.  In addition, I've had the opportunity to cut my writing teeth while working on a Clincal Update to be published in the Spring. 

Personally,Greg and Mikey are doing well. Mikey is growing by leaps and bounds, Greg, thankfully, is not. We are enjoying our home in Keswick and hope to stay local next year when the fellowship ends and I head out into the real world to make my way.
