Fellowship in Cardiovascular Emergencies

Clinical Activity:

The fellow will be required to work 16 hours per week in a supervisory role in the ED functioning at the rank of Clinical Instructor. The fellow will supervise residents and medical students and residents rotating in the ED. All clinical time will be spent at UVA hospital.

Education:

• The fellow will be expected to participate in the Emergency Medicine resident lecture series with a minimum of two lectures in the academic year.
• Fellows will also have the opportunity to participate in the fourth-year medical student didactic lecture series.
