Continuing Medical Education
The Department of Anesthesiology sponsors many opportunities for continuing medical education.
After the success of the 2013 Pain Symposium, the Department of Anesthesiology is pleased to offer a second fall symposium, November 1, 2014. This year, our topic is Enhanced Recovery After Surgery: Evidence and Implementation. Stuart Lowson and Robert Thiele co-chair the symposium committee.
Whether you're just learning about ERAS or ready to implement these protocols at your institution, this conference is sure to be of interest to you. The generous support of our sponsors allows us to offer it free of charge to students in medical or nursing school, residents, nurses, physicians, and hopsital administrators. Come learn, network over lunch or dinner, and spread the word.
