Reimbursement

  • The system of direct deposit to you directly prevents us from knowing if you have failed to be reimbursed.  If you have not received your refund by the end of the semester, please notify the Clinical Clerkship Support Office.  We will be glad to track the refund for you.  Remember also that outstanding fees or penalties such as overdue library charges or parking fines might be deducted from your refund by UVA. 
  • We do not cover medications, personal hygiene items, magazines and video rentals.  If you have any emergency expenses, please keep the receipts.  We can not guarantee reimbursement, and these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
