The Kashatus lab has a lab meeting or journal club every week and Dr. Kashatus also meets weekly with each individual lab member to discuss research and maintain open lines of communication. The Kashatus lab participates in meetings with other cancer biology and metabolism-oriented groups, and we attend the journal clubs and seminars organized through the Microbiology, Immunology and Cancer Biology Department (MIC) and the UVA Cancer Center.
