The Employee of the Month Award recognizes employees who have given outstanding customer service, worked superbly under unusual circumstances, or otherwise demonstrated a dedication to excellence and the mission of the School of Medicine.

In order to strengthen a nomination profile, nominators are encouraged to solicit several Letters of Support (seconding nominations) to endorse their nominee. This provides the Awards Committee with a more complete record of the outstanding accomplishments and achievements of each candidate.
