Faculty Leadership Program
Dean Steven T. DeKosky and Dr. Sharon L. Hostler invite you to participate.
Initiated in 1994, the School of Medicine's Faculty Development Program is designed to support and provide faculty with the skills necessary to facilitate a successful career in academic medicine and as members of the community of the University of Virginia Health System. It is our goal to enhance faculty competencies and to instill in our faculty a sense of community and shared values through this program. The programs and offerings for Faculty Development are innovated annually, with each successive program building upon the identified strengths, successes, and the encouraged feedback of participants, department chairs, center directors, Faculty Development Advisory Committee, our program evaluations, and the Dean.
